Accounting for stock & inventory is done in dedicated ledgers. Multiple cost ledgers can be created for each legal entity in an organization, making multiple inventory representations possible. All documents, such as purchase orders, sales orders or transfer orders can be posted to all ledgers associated with that legal entity.
