On July 29-30, 2026, the XPLUS team took part in the Biz Apps Partner Summit in Renton, WA – one of the most important gatherings of Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners in North America.
Our team arrived a little early and kicked things off with a hike in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Washington before the conference began. Day one was packed with insightful sessions and conversations with partners and Microsoft representatives, covering everything from the future of Agentic ERP to real-world case studies of AI-driven implementations – setting a strong tone for the rest of the event.
On the second day of the event, our Bartosz Szpiech, VP of Products, spoke on the panel “D365 Quality Assurance in the Agentic Era,” joining experts from Microsoft, BDO, Leapwork, The TestMart, and Elevaite365 to discuss how quality assurance in Dynamics 365 is evolving as AI agents become part of everyday business operations.
The summit brought together partners, ISVs, and Microsoft representatives from across the Business Applications ecosystem to discuss priorities for the upcoming fiscal year, with agentic AI emerging as a clear focus for the industry. Two days full of conversations, panels, and networking gave us a great opportunity to exchange experiences with partners facing similar challenges and to hear firsthand how Dynamics 365 is set to evolve in the year ahead.
It was inspiring to see how much energy and innovation is currently driving the Dynamics 365 community forward. We’re grateful to everyone we had the chance to meet and connect with – and we’re already looking forward to future events.
