Karol Sudnik
Chief Executive Officer
Karol Sudnik founded XPLUS and has led the company since its beginning. With more than 20 years of experience in IT system implementation and project management, he brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and technical insight.
As President of the Management Board, he focuses on long-term business strategy, global expansion, and strengthening XPLUS’s position as a leading provider of products and services for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Jakub Sender
Chief Growth Officer
Jakub has over 15 years of experience in sales and consulting for enterprise solutions across ERP, RPA, CRM, and BI.
As Head of Strategic Relationships, he supports the sales organization, builds partnerships, and collaborates closely with senior decision-makers to align their needs with the right XPLUS products and services. His mission is to drive sustainable, global growth.
Katarzyna Zyzak
Chief Financial Officer
Katarzyna brings more than a decade of financial leadership experience across multiple industries. She oversees budgeting, financial planning, accounting operations, and long-term financial strategy.
Her proactive, data-driven approach supports stable growth and early identification of financial risks — strengthening XPLUS’s position in a competitive market.
Paweł Chmielewski
Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer
With 25 years of software development experience — including two decades working with Dynamics AX/365 — Paweł leads product development and engineering at XPLUS.
He specializes in process automation, optimization, and large-scale upgrade projects. Previously Head of Development at a Microsoft partner, he is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and Trainer. His role focuses on driving innovation and shaping the future of the XPLUS product portfolio.
Tomasz Dąbrowski
Chief Operating Officer
Tomasz brings over 30 years of experience in managing ERP system implementations and building delivery organizations for clients in the manufacturing, financial, and public sectors. For nearly two decades at one of Poland’s leading ERP consulting and implementation firms, he served as Senior Delivery Manager and Board Member, overseeing multiple business units and a team of more than 90 specialists. His areas of responsibility included Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
As COO at XPLUS, he is responsible for the operational management of the delivery organization — including project portfolio coordination, resource planning, risk management, and quality of execution. His experience in scaling delivery teams and P&L ownership directly supports XPLUS’s growth and operational efficiency across global markets.
